Nickel base Colmonoy alloys, cobalt base Wallex alloys, and all nickel alloys and other metals can be deposited on all types of base metals. Deposit thickness ranges from 0.5 to 5 mm depending on the process used.

We offer welded overlays using :

HVOF sprayed coatings of tungsten carbide, and wear resistant alloys produce highly bonded, dense and smooth coatings.
Deposit thickness ranges from 0.5 to 5 mm.
Very high hardness is achieved, up to 1500 Hv, with no distortion. This process is suitable for finished components.

We offer :
- HVOF robotised installations (High Velocity Oxy Fuel) for metal alloys and carbide deposits
- Plasma spraying equipment for ceramic and metal alloys deposits.

Revetox is a unique thermo-chemical process developed from a process patented by WCT.
Revetox is a very dense, very hard chromium oxide providing unequalled wear and corrosion resistance.
Maximum hardness : 2 000 HV
Applications include : compressor rods and sleeves, seal rings, pump pistons…

Comprehensive machine shops include lathes, mills, grinders and lapping.
The shops are equipped with CNC and CAD/CAM equipment.
Single complex parts or large batches can be handled. Parts 7m long by Ø 1.2 m can be handled.

Quality is carried out under ISO 9001 and many customers’ specific programs.
Equipement included in the temperature controlled facility includes CMM and associated equipment.
A fully equipped metallurgical laboratory provides metallography, hardness, bend and impact testing.
A dedicated dye penetrant shop meets the highest industry standards.
